Game 5 Against Memphis

It looks like Kidd has figured it out.

Jabari is finally catching early and often in the 1st, but Kidd's giving him chance to watch and acclimate himself to the speed of the NBA. Sometimes you have to observe closely to understand the subtleties of the game. You can watch as much tape as you want but it's nothing like being side court. Still not sure if I'd rather have Jabari or this guy though:

Knight's best role would be coming in as a 6th man/closer, a lot like how Kemba Walker should be used. He shouldn't be playing at the beginning of the 4th where he takes more shots than the comedians at the Friar's Roast of William Shatner.

Bayless can run an offense in a pinch and he jumps pretty high. In my mind, he's removing himself from the Gary Neal/Charlie Bell high mold Bucks fans are so used to seeing.

Marshall hasn't shown much yet. Hasn't gotten much of a chance.

Giannis played power forward against two of the girthiest big man in the league... and dominated the quarter. He still needs to get bigger to defend the 4.

Anyway, my love letter of advice for Kidd (even if he will never read it):
Keep figuring out roles for the older guys while you play the young guys. You seem like you're getting a hang of it.
